This innovative acrylic sealer can be worked and painted just 10 minutes after application, making it perfect for all interior finishing work. It adheres well to porous substrates such as brick, concrete, wood, drywall, and aluminum. The sealer is ideal for masking cracks in concrete, masonry, and plaster, jointing plasterboard, and filling gaps at moldings, window sills, and decorative panels. It can also grout joints with up to 15% mobility. Available in a 280 ml white cartridge, it should be stored for up to 12 months in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 25°C, protected from frost. The sealer is suitable for joints with a minimum width and depth of 5 mm, with a recommended width-to-depth ratio of 1:1. For wider joints, contact the SOUDAL technical department. Ensure the substrate is clean and dry before use; highly absorbent substrates should be primed with a diluted product (1:2 with water). Apply the sealer using a manual or pneumatic gun, smooth it with a spatula moistened with water or soap solution, and clean tools with water immediately after use. Avoid using the sealer in areas with constant water exposure, and do not apply to PE, PP, natural stone, glass, bituminous substrates, or corrosion-sensitive metals. The sealer is paintable with most commercially available paints, though prior testing is recommended due to paint variability.
